Refund policy

Most sales are final. However, you can return an item for a full refund if:

• It arrives not as described, significantly misrepresented, or not functioning.
• You request the return within 10 days of receiving the item.
• The item is returned in the original condition (including packaging, manuals, etc.).
• We will not refund any shipping or customs costs incurred by Watch Collective.
